We want you to love your Souheil Silver piece. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

14-day returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged and returned in their original packaging, with any tags intact.

Non-returnable items

• Personalized, engraved or Arabic-calligraphy pieces made to order
• Pierced earrings, for hygiene reasons
• Items showing signs of wear, damage or alteration

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. We recommend a trackable service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days and we’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
